Dr Glory Enyinnaya is a management consultant, researcher and university lecturer whose work focuses on how entrepreneurs pursue opportunities and create meaningful change. She brings experience from Accenture, EY and the World Bank, together with years of teaching and advising founders.

How does it relate to the Diagnostic and Clarity Session?
The Diagnostic shows where you currently stand. The Clarity Session helps you decide what to prioritise. The Accelerator supports you as you put that priority into practice.
What is included in every tier?
Every tier includes the self-paced Change Ready Founder course and access to the founder community.
What is the difference between Basic, Core and Premium?
Basic includes the course and community. Core includes the course, community and a live implementation call. Premium includes everything in Core plus the Momentum Vault.
Why does the programme run for 90 days?
Ninety days provides enough time to complete meaningful actions, gather evidence and review progress while keeping the implementation period focused and manageable.
Do I need to complete the Diagnostic first?
Completing the Diagnostic first is strongly recommended because it gives your implementation a clear baseline. If needed, you can begin with the Diagnostic and Clarity Session before joining.
